User segments allow you to group your users based on specific criteria, enabling targeted and personalized marketing campaigns. With Flywheel’s powerful segmentation engine, you can create dynamic groups that automatically update as user data changes.

What are User Segments?

User segments are filtered groups of users based on properties, behaviors, and custom conditions. They help you:
  • Target specific user groups with relevant messaging
  • Personalize marketing campaigns
  • Analyze user behavior patterns
  • Create tailored user experiences
Segments in Flywheel are dynamic by default, meaning they automatically update as user data changes:
  • Users are automatically added when they meet the criteria
  • Users are removed when they no longer match
  • Real-time updates ensure accurate targeting
