Creating a Broadcast

1. Start a New Broadcast

  1. Navigate to MarketingBroadcasts in your dashboard

Go to Broadcasts

Access your broadcasts dashboard directly
  1. Click Create Broadcast

2. Configure Your Broadcast

Audience Selection

Choose who receives your broadcast:
  • All Users: Send to your entire user base with valid email addresses
  • Specific Segment: Target a pre-defined user segment
  • Custom Filters: Apply additional filtering criteria

Email Settings

Configure the basic email properties:
  • Subject Line: Craft a compelling subject that drives opens
  • Preview Text: Optional preview text shown in email clients
  • Sender: Choose a sender from your list of senders

3. Preview and Test

Before sending your broadcast:
  • Preview: See how your email looks across different devices
  • Test Send: Send test emails to yourself or team members
  • Spam Check: Verify your content won’t trigger spam filters
  • Link Validation: Ensure all links work correctly

  • Broadcast goes out to all recipients right away
  • Best for time-sensitive announcements

Schedule for Later

  • Choose a specific date and time
  • Consider your audience’s time zones
  • Schedule during optimal engagement hours

Monitor user engagement:
  • Sent: Total number of emails delivered
  • Clicked: Total number of emails clicked
  • Opened: Total number of emails opened
Make sure to enable open tracking in the email settings to see the opened metrics.
